The Northeast Full Spectrum Doula Project seeks to provide compassionate, non-judgmental

emotional support, information, and pain management to people across the spectrum of

pregnancy, often with sliding scale and pro bono cases available. We are a group of professionals from all walks of reproductive care, from birth doulas, lactation consultants and midwives to social workers and artists. We have come together as a team to provide families with options:

-assistance for voluntary or necessary termination of pregnancy

-stillbirth or pregnancy loss

-LGBTQ and poly family support

-low cost, pro bono and teen birth work

-adoption/surrogacy support

-working with victims of rape, domestic violence and sexual assault

-professional development for area birth professionals

For inquiries, please use our contact page. For immediate assistance or referrals, please call our hotline at: (518)227-0324 and a team member will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Getting Started!

December 2012

Welcome to the Northeast Full Spectrum Project! We are a group of doulas who have been called to offer more than just birth and postpartum support for families facing reproductive choices. Each of the doulas listed on this site come from different backgrounds and training, but all are committed to providing services for pregnancy, birth, postpartum, breastfeeding, termination of pregnancies, integrating an adopted baby into your family, and much more! We are reaching out to the community at large and especially the LGBTQ and poly communities.

Please feel free to explore more, learn what we can offer to YOU and your family, and check back with us periodically as our resource list will continue to grow!
